The FSI combined management team has extensive experience in air carrier operations, and safety management; to include considerable experience in system operations control having developed and managed domestic and international air carrier operations command and control centers. The teams air carrier operational experience includes systems integration, collaborative programs with domestic and international Air Traffic Organizations, and key participation in FAA / Industry initiatives.
The FSI team has developed FAA compliant Internal Evaluation and Safety Management Programs, managed new entrant air carrier certification projects (as FAA Qualified Certification Consultants), and has demonstrated considerable experience in ATOS and IOSA assessments and executive level presentations on safety and risk analysis.
The team consists of members who have considerable industry experience in airline operational control, safety and risk management. We understand the data distribution requirements of SMS and have the ability to harness information into useable content for risk analysis.
